By texting "SUBSCRIBE" to +1 (833) 574-3749 or submitting your phone number on https://fluxinfo.net, you agree to receive SMS messages from Flux Legal AI tool. This includes subscription confirmations, legal guidance (via ASSIST command), and promotional offers related to our $30/month service. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn anytime by replying "STOP."
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 5 messages per month, including responses to your requests and subscription updates. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction.
3. Data Collection and Use
We collect your phone number to deliver SMS services and verify subscriptions. This data is stored securely in Airtable and processed via Make.com. We use it solely for service delivery and compliance. No personal data is shared with third parties except as required by law.
4. Data Security
Your data is protected with encryption (AES-256) and transmitted via HTTPS. Responses are temporarily stored and deleted thereafter. Save important info if needed. See our full privacy policy at fluxinfo.net.
5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
Reply "STOP" to opt out of all messages. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS. Opting out ends promotional messages but may limit service access (e.g., ASSIST requires subscription). To cancel your $30/month plan without opting out, text "CANCELSUB".
6. Costs and Carriers
Standard messaging rates may apply per your mobile carrier. Flux does not charge for messages, but subscription costs $30/month via PayPal. Compatible with most U.S. carriers.
